What are Jala Rewards?
Jala Rewards is our loyalty program that celebrates you with exclusive perks, early access to new collections, and special rewards all year long.
If you have a Jala account, you’re already enrolled! Just make sure you’re logged in before shopping to earn points. Sign up for emails so you don’t miss bonus events and exclusive offers.
How do points work?
Earning points is simple. When you make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, refer a friend. Scroll above to see all the ways you can earn.
Points can be redeemed for rewards like discounts, free shipping and more. As you earn, you’ll also unlock higher tiers for even more exclusive perks.
Points expire 1 year from when they’re earned.
How do the tiers work?
Your tier is based on how much you spend each year. The more you shop, the more rewards you unlock.
- Zen Insider: $0+
- Bliss Loyal: $250+
- Nirvana VIP: $500+
Each tier offers unique benefits like point multipliers, birthday bonuses, and early access to new drops. Scroll up to see all the tier benefits.
The more you shop the higher your status climbs! Tiers reset 12 months after your original entry date. To maintain your tier, you’ll need to meet the minimum spend requirement every 12 months.
How do I use my rewards?
Redeeming your points is easy. Log into your Jala account to view your balance and available rewards. At checkout, you’ll see your options to apply discounts or other rewards.
Reward points may not be used on wholesale or Jala Affiliate orders.
When will I receive my Birthday Bonus?
Your birthday bonus points will automatically appear in your account on your birthday, as long as you’ve entered your birth date at least 30 days before.
How will I get early access to sales and product launches?
Early access invites are sent by email to Bliss Loyal and Nirvana VIP members. Keep an eye on your inbox and make sure you’re subscribed to our emails and SMS so you never miss a launch.
