Shipping Policy
We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We offer complimentary ground shipping on orders $100 and over within the United States.
Standard ground shipping can take up to 6–9 business days, depending on the destination and carrier transit times.
Additional shipping options may be available at checkout for customers who prefer expedited delivery. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Artisan dyed styles are typically Made to Order and may require additional processing time. Estimated ship times are noted on the product page.
If your order includes a Pre Order item that is not yet in stock, available items may ship first, with your Pre Order item shipping separately once it becomes available.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, Jala is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or misdelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.
Customers should ensure that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
Carrier Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carriers. Jala is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Fraud Review
To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, some orders may be held for verification. In these cases, processing and shipping times may be delayed until the order is confirmed.
