If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns must be initiated through the Jala Returns Portal and postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached.

Eligible full-price merchandise may be returned for: refund, store credit or an exchange.

Final Sale Items items are eligible for store credit or exchange only and are not eligible for refunds. Final sale will be indicated on the product description and includes items ending in .99 cents. 

Sample Sale items and items purchased at Jala Warehouse Sales, Pop Ups, Retail Expos, Shows, and Festivals are purchased as-is and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All orders become non-returnable after 30 days from the delivery date.

Sales and discounts cannot be applied to prior purchases.

shipping returns

Customers who purchased Checkout+ will receive a prepaid return shipping label through the returns portal.

Customers who did not purchase Checkout+ may still initiate their return through the same portal and will be provided with a shipping label; however, the cost of the label will be the customers responsibility. 

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.

Jala is not responsible for items lost in transit.

At this time, we do not provide return labels for international orders. We currently only support returns for domestic U.S. orders.

exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged through the Jala Returns Portal for another item or size, subject to inventory availability.

If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, you may select store credit or request a refund for eligible items.

Step One

start a return

Log into your account and locate your order number and email address on your account.

*If you are viewing your packing slip use the "Ref. Number".

Click start a return and enter your order number and email.

Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.

Step Two

print your label

Once your return request has been approved print your shipping label.

Step Three

bag it up

Package the goods you're returning in the original box or appropriately-sized packaging and attach the shipping label.

Step Four

drop it off

Drop your package off at your local post office within 30 days of your order's original delivery date. Please keep your tracking number so we can follow up with the carrier if it goes missing.

Look out for an email from us to confirm the item has been received in the form of a Refund Notification.
