Retail Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns must be initiated with Jala within 14 days of delivery date. Clothing must not be worn, washed, or damaged, and returned in the original condition with tags attached. Once Jala receives the return, validates the return was initiated within 14 days of the delivery date, and verifies the items are in their original condition, a refund or exchange will be given. Jala will pay the shipping for one exchange (does not apply to international orders). All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the 14 day return policy period. Sales and discounts cannot be applied on prior purchases.

*All final-sale items, which are identified by a price ending in $.99 are non-refundable. All Sample Sale items and items purchased at Jala Warehouse Sales, Retail Expos, shows and festivals are purchased as is and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Policy 

We are happy to offer complimentary shipping option on all JalaClothing.com orders shipped anywhere in the United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at check out. Shipping rates will be calculated once the address is entered.

Our goal is to ship all domestic orders of in stock styles received by 11am PST within one business day. 
Please note: All orders shipped via the Free Shipping option, can take 6-9 business days for delivery.

Jala is not responsible for any order once the package(s) has been delivered to the shipping carrier. Jala is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages, or for errors made by the shipping carrier. 

International Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship International orders of in stock styles within 1-3 business days of receipt by Jala.

If for any reason your international package does not arrive, we suggest contacting your local customs department.
