Retail Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns must initiated with Jala within 14 days of delivery date. Clothing must not be worn, washed, or damaged and returned in the original condition with tags attached. Once Jala receives the return, validates the return was initiated within 14 days of the delivery date, and verifies the items are in original condition, a refund or exchange will be given. Jala will pay the shipping for one exchange (does not apply to international orders). All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the 14 day return policy period. Sales and discounts cannot be applied on prior purchases.
*All final-sale items, which are identified by a price ending in .99 are non-refundable. All Sample Sale Items and items purchased at Jala Warehouse sales and Retail Expos, shows and festivals are purchased as is and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We are happy to offer complimentary USPS shipping on all JalaClothing.com orders shipped anywhere in the United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at check out. Shipping rates will be calculated once address is entered. All domestic orders received after 2pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
Please note: All orders shipped via Free USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery but can take up 5-15 business days.
Jala is not responsible for any order once the package(s) has been delivered to the shipping carrier. Jala is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages or for errors made by the shipping carrier.
International Shipping Policy
International orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt by Jala.
First Class International Parcel Post Shipping does not have tracking outside the US and does not have delivery confirmation. Tracking and delivery confirmation are available with the other shipping methods provided at checkout.
If for any reason your international package does not arrive, we suggest contacting your local customs department. Jala is not responsible for any order once it it is delivered to the Carrier.
Customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees for international orders.
