Jala™️ Rewards Terms and conditions
By enrolling in the Jala Rewards’ Loyalty Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Membership to Jala Rewards is currently open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and have a valid email address. The Rewards Program is a free customer loyalty program that allows participants to earn “Rewards Points with qualifying purchases on JalaClothing.com and for qualifying activities.
Participation in the Jala Rewards program is voluntary. Membership in Jala Rewards and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Jala. Jala may at any time, terminate, change, limit, modify or cancel Jala Rewards or any rules, regulations, benefits or conditions of participation by posting the modified rules on this page. Your continued participation in the program after such posting will constitute your acceptance.
In order to enroll in the program, you must go to JalaClothing.com, complete your account set-up and sign up for the program. Email address is required to participate in the program.
This Member account allows you to receive personalized offers, Reward status and points balance updates.
By enrolling in Jala Rewards, you hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated from time to time by Jala in its sole discretion, and that you meet the eligibility requirements. Changes to Jala Rewards or these Terms and Conditions will be communicated via email or on this web page.
Current Jala employees and contractors, and their immediate family members living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.
Once you are enrolled in the Jala Rewards Program and have an account active that is in good standing, you will begin to earn points based upon qualifying actions or qualifying purchases. A complete list of all current qualifying actions and purchases and their corresponding points can be found online at JalaClothing.com under the tab Jala Rewards. These are subject to change at the discretion of the Jala brand and without notice.
Purchases made online at JalaClothing.com are considered a Qualifying Purchase event. Purchases made at authorized retailers are excluded. The purchase of an Jala gift card or any products purchased with an employee discount are excluded as a Qualifying Purchase event.
Points cannot be earned on any taxes, shipping and handling charges and any other fees.
Points earned by purchases, are not redeemable until 30 days after the date of purchase. Any items received as a result of Points redemption may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable Points redeemed for such item (not cash or credit). Purchases made with Points will ship in the normal course of business.
Points earned via credit card transaction purchases on the Site will be rescinded in the event that such purchase is returned for a refund.
The value of returned items will be deducted from the member’s qualifying purchase amount.
Reward points can be accumulated through qualifying purchase and engagement activities. Qualifying purchases and activities and corresponding reward points can be viewed on the Jala™️ Rewards tab on the website, JalaClothing.com.
Reward Points may not be used for the purchase of an Jala Gift Card or towards previously purchased products.
Rewards can only be redeemed online at JalaClothing.com. Rewards cannot be combined with other offers and discounts. Rewards Points accumulated under the Rewards Program and Rewards vouchers issued when Rewards Points are redeemed are promotional in nature and have no cash value. Rewards Vouchers are redeemable in merchandise only and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Your Rewards Points, Reward Vouchers and your Rewards Program Account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred (by operation of law or otherwise), redeemed for cash or assigned to or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You are responsible for any federal, state or local taxes applicable to your participation in the Rewards Program.

Jala may cancel the program at any time without notice. In the event of program cancellation, all Jala Rewards Points. If the Program is terminated, any Points or Rewards in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the Program and its features will automatically terminate, in Jala’s sole discretion.
Abuse of the Jala Rewards program, including failure to follow these Terms and Conditions, or other improper conduct as determined by Jala in its sole discretion, is strictly forbidden. Abuse may result in cancellation of your account, future disqualification from Jala Rewards program participation, and forfeiture of some or all points accrued. In addition, Jala reserves the right to take appropriate legal action as it deems necessary or desirable. The sale, barter or transfer of Jala Rewards Points, except by Jala, is expressly prohibited.
Jala Rewards accounts are limited to one account per eligible customer; each email address and mailing address is also limited to one account. Rewards are nontransferable. Jala reserves the right to modify, revise or cancel its Jala Rewards program, the Terms and Conditions or any part of the program at any time for all participants or for any specific participant without prior notice. Jala ’s decision on any aspect of customer’s account, membership status, Jala Rewards balance or any aspect of the program or a particular customer’s participation in it shall be final.
Limitation of Liability
Jala shall not be liable for any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including without limitation, personal injury or death, resulting from the Jala Rewards program. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including, without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss of damage to property; and claims of third parties. You acknowledge and agree that Jala has not made and is not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the Jala Rewards program. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Jala does not make any express or implied warranties or representations with respect to this Jala Rewards program or JalaClothing.com and Jala shall not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors related thereto.
These Terms and Conditions and the Jala Rewards program will be interpreted, construed, enforced, and governed in all aspects in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any cause of action arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Jala Rewards program will be brought exclusively in a court in Los Angeles County, California and you consent to the exercise of exclusive jurisdiction by and exclusive venue in such courts. You waive any right to trial by jury and agree that any claim brought by you in connection with the Jala Rewards program may not and will not be made the subject of a class action.
The Jala Rewards program is managed by JALA LLC, a California limited liability company.
