Orders

Q: Do I have to place the order online? 

A: You are welcome to call 800.840.4042 or email wecare@jalaclothing.com to place an order. You can also find a Jala retailer near you on our store finder page.

Coupon Codes

Q: Where do I enter the coupon code?

A: You will be prompted to enter the code at the very end of check out, after you enter your credit card information. If for any reason your code did not work or you missed the screen, please send us an email and we will make the adjustment on our end. If the code is expired, we will not be able to honor the code.

Q: What if I have more than one coupon code?

A: Only one coupon code can be used per transaction.

Shipping

Q: Can I have my order shipped to another country? 

A: Yes, Jala uses USPS and FedEx international shipping methods. To determine if these carriers ship to you, please fill your shopping cart, scroll down, and enter your address on the shipping tool in the lower left corner of the cart page. You will be able to select your shipping option during check out.

*Please note: First Class International Parcel Post Shipping does not have tracking outside the US and does not have delivery confirmation. Jala cannot be responsible for the order once it is delivered to the carrier using this shipping method and may take several weeks to receive products. Tracking and delivery confirmation is available with the other shipping methods provided at check out. 

If for any reason your international package does not arrive, we suggest contacting your local customs department. Often packages are waiting there to be claimed. 

Q: Can I rush an order? 

A: Yes, Jala offers a variety of shipping methods. Fill your shopping cart, scroll down, and enter your address and see the various shipping options. You will be able to select your shipping option during check out.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (unless its a national holiday) before 3pm PST. All orders received after 3pm PST will be shipped the following business day.  If an item is on back order, a Jala representative will contact you with the ETA date.
