Q: Where do I enter the coupon code?
A: You will be prompted to enter the code at the very end of check out, after you enter your credit card information. If for any reason your code did not work or you missed the screen, please send us an email and we will make the adjustment on our end. If the code is expired, we will not be able to honor the code.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to another country?
A: Yes, Jala uses various international shipping methods. To determine shipping options, please fill your shopping cart, scroll down, and enter your address on the shipping tool in the lower left corner of the cart page. You will be able to select your shipping option during check out.
Jala is not responsible for any order once it is delivered to the carrier.
If for any reason your international package does not arrive, we suggest contacting your local customs department or post office. Often packages are waiting there to be claimed.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders are typically shipped same day Monday-Friday (unless its a national holiday) if the items are in stock, our goal is to ship within 1 business day. If an item is on back order, a Jala representative will contact you with the ETA date.
